Nello stesso modo io non chiamo malvagio propriamente colui che pecca (molti non peccano per viltà, per ignoranza del male, per imperizia e mancanza d’arte nell’eseguirlo, per impotenza fisica o morale o di circostanza, per torpidezza, per abitudine, per vergogna, per interesse, per politica, per cento tali ragioni), ma colui che pecca o peccherebbe senza rimorso.

In the same way, I do not consider someone wicked just because he docs wrong (many people do not to wrong because of cowardice, ignorance, inexperience, lack of skill and the knowledge to carry it out, physical or moral weakness, or weakness brought on by circumstance because of laziness, habit, shame, vested interest, politics, and a hundred  other such motives), but one who does or would do wrong without remorse
